Dejing Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dejing Group"), established in 2008 and headquartered in Ningde, Fujian Province, is the only private enterprise in Fujian Province that holds both the Class I EPC Qualification for Power Engineering Construction and the Class I License for Installation (Repair and Testing) of Electric Power Facilities (known as the "Dual Class‑I") qualification. It is also the first energy service enterprise in Fujian Province to engage in offshore wind power construction and undertake projects at the 500 kV voltage level. Moreover, it is one of the few domestic comprehensive "turnkey project" service providers with full‑chain construction capabilities for offshore wind power.
